On-site Photo Contest ---“The Visual World of Customization”

Time: March 12-14, 2010

Venue: Beijing National Agricultural Exhibition Center

The on-site Photography Contest is a concurrent event which will be held simultaneously with the 8th China International Custom Auto Expo. The contest is a great way to publicize and showcase the Expo.

Contestants are encouraged to view the Expo as a background for them to capture and display its highlights from their own unique perspectives. They are more than welcomed to show the unique and fascinating style of the Expo through their own creativity and passion. The contest provides a good opportunity for all customization fans to share and experience those wonderful moments. We are looking forward to seeing photography fans coming to the Expo and making each special moment eternal!

Contest Rules:

1. Rules and Regulations: The judging committee will evaluate each entry mainly from six aspects, including: the picture’s clarity, class, meaning, the use of light, details and picture control.
2. At the end of each day, the judging committee will select 50 photos that meet the standards from the entries of that day. Other entries are considered officially out. All the pieces from the three days of the Expo will be gathered after the deadline at 11:00a.m. February 23rd, 2009. Then the judges and staff from the organizing committee will reevaluate the entries, and the award winning pieces will finally come out.
3. The Photo Contest is held live at the Expo. After taking their photos in the exhibition areas, the participants may go to the contest photo gathering site to read the rules and regulations, fill in the application form, and then submit it to the staff. After making sure that everything is right with the application form, the staff will give each participant a receipt.
4. All award winning photos will be made public in the form of posters.

Notes for Contestant

Contestants should abide the following rules, and pledge to abide the rules willingly. The rules are:

• The content of the entry should be positive, healthy and wholesome.
• The entry should be original. Plagiarism and piracy are strictly forbidden. The participant is totally responsible for any problem that is caused by plagiarism and piracy.
• The entry should not be processed by computer. To changed the original photo is forbidden.
• The entry should be taken on site of the Expo.
• The organizing committee has the right to use all entries for free in a span of one year.
• The right to use all award winning entries belongs to China International Custom Auto Expo Organizing Committee. Anyone who wants to use the award winning photos, be it media or the author himself/herself, should ask China International Custom Auto Expo Organizing Committee for permission. When granted, the photos can be used only when the photos have the title of YASN International Exhibition Co., Ltd, or the watermark with a YASN logo.
